4. Event Photos & Galleries

Photos captured at your event are stored on our servers and delivered via a private, password-protected gallery URL. We retain galleries online for 12 months from the event date. We may use selected photos for portfolio, marketing, or social media purposes; if you'd prefer your event not be shown publicly, simply let us know in writing before your event.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate (payment processors, gallery hosting, email tools)

  • Your designated event planner or coordinator, with your consent

Our site uses cookies to maintain your Package List between page visits, remember session preferences, and measure basic site analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features (including the Package List) require cookies or local storage to function.

We retain inquiry data for up to 24 months, booking records for 7 years (for tax and legal purposes), and event galleries for 12 months. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
